How will the driver locate me?

•The assigned driver will be waiting in arrivals. He will be displaying a paging board with your name and/or company written on it.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?

• The driver will wait at least 45mins-1hour before making enquiries as to your whereabouts. I would strongly recommend that if you are delayed due to immigration or baggage problems you give our office a call. The driver will not leave the terminal until such time has passed that it would be improbable you would have been on the flight.

What flight information will you need from me?

•We will require your airport you will be comming to, flight number and time your flight is expected in order to track your flight.

What are the charges to book a Taxi?

Can my company open a corporate account?

Are you in contact with the driver at all times?

•Yes all drivers have mobile telephones. And GPS tracking systems.

How many people can be transported in one standard car?

•Any combination of four adults or children.

What if my party consists of 7 or 8 people? How about 9 to 12 people?

•You must then reserve two taxis or two mini buses, respectively.

Do you provide seating for infants?

•We do provide child seats in our vehicles Please state how many you need and how old the children are.

How can payment be made?

• Payment can be made via cash (UK pounds) and all major credit cards.

How much time do I need to leave?

•All journeys vary our experienced office staff will help advise on travelling time for journeys.

What hours do you operate?

•We offer a comprehensive service running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Basically any time, night or day.
